Most projects can be scheduled within two weeks after your estimate is approved, and many can be scheduled even sooner. If you have a deadline or need work completed quickly, let us know—we'll do our best to accommodate your schedule.
Absolutely.
Many of our projects are completed during evenings, overnight, or weekends to minimize disruption to your customers, employees, and daily operations.
Yes.
For the safest and fastest installation, the parking lot should be free of vehicles before our crew arrives. We generally schedule work when business is closed to reduce impact.
If a few vehicles cannot be moved, we can often work around them, although this may increase labor time and cost. We'll discuss the best approach during scheduling.
Yes.
In many cases, we can complete your project while your business remains open.
To minimize disruptions, we'll work with you to complete the project in phases, temporarily closing sections of the parking lot while keeping the remaining areas accessible whenever practical. During your estimate, we'll develop a plan that works best for your business operations.
We use professional-grade traffic paints from Sherwin-Williams, selecting the best product for your pavement and project conditions to provide excellent durability, appearance, and performance.
Under normal Louisiana weather conditions:
High humidity or cooler temperatures may extend drying times slightly.
Most smaller parking lots are completed in a single visit.
Larger or more complex projects may require additional time depending on the scope of work. We'll provide an estimated timeline before work begins.
To help your project go smoothly, please:
Pressure washing concrete beforehand can improve paint adhesion but is not required in most situations. Surface cleaning asphalt lots is not recommended.
Absolutely.
Whether you're starting with new construction, expanding your parking area, or redesigning an existing lot, we can create a layout that maximizes parking efficiency while meeting applicable ADA requirements.
New layouts are most straightforward on newly paved or freshly sealcoated asphalt. Existing parking lots typically require the removal of old markings before a new layout can be installed. Depending on the surface, line removal may involve grinding, high-pressure water removal, chemical stripping, or other approved methods.
If your asphalt parking lot is already scheduled for sealcoating, the existing striping is typically covered during the sealcoating process, making it an ideal time to install a completely new layout.
We'll recommend the most practical and cost-effective solution during your free estimate.
Yes.
For most restriping projects, we simply repaint over your existing markings to restore visibility and maintain your current parking layout. This is the most economical option and is appropriate for the majority of parking lots.
If you'd like to modify your layout—such as adding parking spaces, changing traffic flow, relocating ADA parking, or updating pavement markings—we're happy to help design a layout that better fits your property's needs.
Yes.
Line removal is available for projects requiring a completely new parking lot layout or significant layout changes.
Depending on the pavement surface and project requirements, removal methods may include grinding, high-pressure water removal, or chemical stripping. We'll recommend the most appropriate method during your estimate.

Reflective glass bead applications are available upon request for projects requiring enhanced nighttime visibility.
We specialize in painted pavement markings but can also install select pre-formed thermoplastic products. However, thermoplastic isn’t ideal for concrete surfaces due to adhesion issues.
If your project calls for a different type of pavement marking, we’re happy to explore the best options with you during your estimate.
